In the year 1976, the humble foundations of CMC were laid with a small retail outlet on Brandreth Road, in Lahore, Pakistan. Initially it was a simple trading company concerned with the supplies of electric motor and water pumps. But determined to explore newer horizons and keep in step with time, it did not take the company very long to add diesel engines to its dealings. The journey had started and there now was just one way for CMC to go: Forward! And forward it went, widening horizons, exploring domains and marking milestones along the way. The journey is still on. Being the Parent Company, CMC will always be proud to cherish and own the ever growing strong tree which was planted as a little sapling years down the lane.
